Experience and History

In 1991 Robert Guerrini completed his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence. Immediately upon graduation Robert commenced working as an Articled Law Clerk and was thereafter admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.

From the outset of his career Robert practiced in as many areas of law as he could, gaining experience and knowledge from all a variety of fields and all of the Courts and Tribunals in Western Australia. Robert has represented clients in civil and criminal trials as well as appeals including the High Court of Australia. Robert has accepted instructions to act from large corporate clients, small businesses and individuals from overseas, interstate and in Western Australia.

In 2000 Robert commenced at Vincent Partners in North Perth as a partner responsible predominantly in litigation and on 1 July 2015 founded Lawley Legal.

Robert’s focus is in assisting clients to explore dispute resolution options other than to litigate with the aim of achieving a cost effective optimum outcome.

Robert is an Italian speaking lawyer whose particular interests include civil disputes, criminal law, family law, motor vehicle injury compensation, commercial leasing, wills (estate planning) and deceased estates.

Robert is a member of the Law Society of WA, the Family Law Council of Australia.
